What kinds of businesses can list on Round Top Finder?
Any business that participates in the Round Top antique show ecosystem: antique dealers, vintage sellers, furniture vendors, art galleries, jewelers, rug dealers, fashion and clothing vendors, interior design businesses, food and dining, lodging, and other services that cater to show attendees.
Do I need to have a permanent location to list?
No. Many of our listed vendors only sell during show season — tent vendors, traveling dealers, and pop-ups are all welcome. You can specify whether you're show-only or year-round on your profile, and shoppers can filter by that.
How does the AI matching actually work?
We generate a real AI description of each of your photos and index them for both text search (AI chat, keyword search) and visual search — when a shopper uploads a photo of a room or item they love, we match it against your images for visual similarity. This happens automatically for every vendor, free included, up to your tier's photo limit (10 for Free, 50 for Featured). Featured vendors also rank higher in results and get mentioned more directly by name in AI chat.
Can I list if I sell at multiple venues?
Yes. Your profile can include your venue location(s), and you can update them each season. If you move between venues or have multiple booths, we can reflect that on your profile.
What's the difference between the two Featured options?
Both get you up to 50 AI-indexed photos, priority ranking in AI chat, search, and visual search, priority placement across the directory, map, and category pages, and a bigger presence in New Arrivals for this show. The $249 option counts your priority placement in a second category too — useful if you deal in more than one, like Furniture + Rugs.
How do I get started?
Enter your Instagram handle on our Get Listed Free page — your profile is live in seconds, no account or payment needed. Once you're listed, open your profile's edit link (sent to your email, or ask us for it) and you can buy Featured for the current show right there — it's a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
