About Duo Modern
Serving lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, Duo Modern: the Restaurant at Market Hill is an important addition to Round Top and an important part of the Market Hill experience to Paul Michael. He has a passion for bringing people together, and it’s in this spirit of togetherness that he began hosting a pig roast each show – in fact, he even built a special smoker for the occasion. Paul Michael loves creating an atmosphere of people gathering around, being a part of the process, seeing how food is prepared and having conversations about it. This kind of intention is evident in every detail of the restaurant, including the open kitchen where you’ll notice our amazing team hard at work for you.
