Round Top Finder's visual search is built on CLIP — the same AI vision model behind Pinterest Lens and Google Lens — fine-tuned on antique, vintage, and home décor images. Every vendor photo in our database is encoded as a visual fingerprint. When you upload a photo, the AI compares it against those fingerprints and returns the closest visual matches.

What kinds of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with a single subject work best. Room photos, item close-ups, magazine tear-outs, and Instagram screenshots all work. Blurry, cluttered, or very dark photos produce less accurate results.
What does the AI actually compare?
The AI extracts visual features — shape, color palette, texture, style, and object type — and compares them against thousands of vendor product images in our database. It's the same technology used by Pinterest Lens and Google Lens, trained specifically on antique and vintage inventory.
How many vendors are in the visual search database?

Is visual search available on mobile?
