The Compound is a 57-acre event destination about two miles south of Round Top's historic town square on Highway 237, with barn-inspired buildings set among gardens, fountains, winding paths and gazebos. Five barns each have their own character: the air-conditioned Peck Barn (about 6,400 sq ft), the Carriage House, the 9,600+ sq ft Stables, the Neal Barn and the Granary Barn, with the independently owned, climate-controlled Fickle Barn on the grounds. The Grove, an oak-shaded outdoor space with a 40x40 deck and bistro lighting, connects the Neal Barn, Stables and Peck Barn. The Compound hosts weddings, music festivals, art shows and, during Round Top show weeks, antiques shopping. Dates and hours are listed on this page.
