Vendor Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Round Top Finder as a listed vendor. By creating a vendor listing, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Listing Requirements

All information must be accurate and current
You must have the legal right to represent the business listed
Photos must be of your actual products or business
Geographic requirements must be met (see Terms of Service)

2. Curated Platform

Round Top Finder reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. This includes listings that do not meet our quality standards or geographic requirements.

3. Subscription Tiers

Professional ($99/mo): Business profile, photos, search listing, contact form
Featured ($199/mo): Priority placement, AI matching, analytics, flash deals
Elite ($349/mo): Top placement, banner ads, shopper insights, custom domain, dedicated support

4. Content License

By uploading photos, descriptions, and other content, you grant Round Top Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute this content in connection with our Service, including marketing materials and social media.

5. Reviews

Vendors may not post fake reviews, incentivize reviews, or attempt to manipulate their rating. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies.

6. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Square. Failed payments may result in listing deactivation. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your listing will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period.
