Vendor & Business Listing Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Agreement governs your participation as a listed business on Round Top Finder. By creating a listing, you agree to all terms below.

1. Curated Directory

• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion
• Listing approval is not guaranteed, even with payment
• We may remove listings that do not meet our quality standards without refund
• We are not obligated to provide reasons for rejection or removal

All content you submit must meet the following standards:

Required:

• Professional-quality photos of your actual inventory or establishment
• Accurate descriptions of products, services, and business information
• Current contact information and business hours
• Professional language and presentation

Prohibited:

• Offensive, vulgar, or profane language
• Sexually explicit, violent, or disturbing images
• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content
• False, misleading, or deceptive information
• Stock photos or images that do not represent your actual inventory
• Mass-produced knock-offs, counterfeits, or low-quality tourist merchandise
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

4. Our Right to Remove Listings

Round Top Finder reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any listing at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms in this Agreement
• Content that does not meet our quality standards
• Complaints from customers or other users
• Failure to respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Business closure or relocation outside approved area
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any conduct we determine is harmful to the Round Top Finder community

5. Listing Review Process

• All new listings are subject to review before publication
• We may request additional information or modifications before approval
• Approved listings may be periodically reviewed for continued compliance
• If your listing is removed, you may contact us to request reconsideration

6. Your Responsibilities

As a listed business, you agree to:

• Keep your listing information accurate and up-to-date
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries
• Honor prices and terms advertised on your listing
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and insurance
• Report any changes to your business location or status

7. Fees and Payment

• Free listings are available with limited features
• Paid subscriptions provide enhanced visibility and features
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• No refunds for listings removed due to policy violations

8. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a listing on Round Top Finder, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service,Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
