Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This policy explains our refund and cancellation procedures for Round Top Finder subscription services.
1. Subscription Cancellations
1.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and selecting "Cancel Subscription"
- Emailing support@roundtopfinder.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line
1.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Cancellations take effect at the END of your current billing cycle
- You retain access to subscription features until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are issued for early cancellations
- After cancellation, your listing will be removed from the directory
2. Refund Policy
SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE except as specifically stated below.
2.1 We Do NOT Provide Refunds For:
- Partial billing periods if you cancel mid-cycle
- Unused time on monthly or annual subscriptions
- Subscriptions you forget to cancel
- Dissatisfaction with the service after using it
- Features you do not use
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
2.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be issued in these circumstances:
- Technical Issues: Service unavailable for 48+ consecutive hours due to our error (prorated)
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to our error
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same service
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are NEVER refundable:
- Virtual tour setup fees ($199 - $399)
- Featured placements and advertisements
- Professional photography services
- Any third-party services arranged through Round Top Finder
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@roundtopfinder.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your account information and reason for the request
- Provide any supporting documentation
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
4. Plan Changes
4.1 Upgrading
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- You will be charged the prorated difference
4.2 Downgrading
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refunds or credits are issued for downgrades
5. Failed Payments

6. Early Adopter Pricing
Early Adopter pricing is locked in for life as long as you maintain continuous subscription. You will lose this pricing if you cancel, your account is terminated for violations, or payment fails for more than 30 days.
7. Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions save 17% compared to monthly billing
- Payment is due in full at the start of each annual period
- NO REFUNDS for unused months on annual subscriptions
- You may upgrade mid-year (prorated charge)
- Downgrades take effect at your next annual renewal
8. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your credit card company instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended. Please contact us at support@roundtopfinder.com to resolve any billing issues.
