Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and services on Round Top Finder.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your listing will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days: Full refund for new subscriptions if you are not satisfied
- After 7 days: No refunds for the current billing period, but your subscription will not renew
- Annual plans: Prorated refund may be available within the first 30 days
3. Curated Directory
Round Top Finder is a curated directory. If your listing is removed for violating our Terms of Service or quality standards, no refund will be issued.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@roundtopfinder.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
5. Advertising
Banner ad purchases and promotional campaigns are non-refundable once the ad has been displayed.
