- Get notified — when a lodging provider posts a last-minute opening, you'll receive a push notification on the mobile app with the property name, dates, and room details.
- Browse openings — once subscribed, a Last-Minute Openings section appears on the Lodging page showing all available rooms for the upcoming show.
- Express interest — tap "I'm Interested" on any opening. Tell the vendor your party type (couple, solo, girls' trip, family, group), guest count, and an optional note. The vendor will contact you directly by phone.
Alerts are tied to a specific show season and automatically deactivate after the show ends. You can turn off alerts anytime from the Lodging page.

- Fall shows: late September through early October
- Find which venues are open during your specific dates
- Plan around preview days and special events
The What's Happening section on the Calendar page is your festival guide during show weeks:
- Day pills — tap any day to see that day's events at a glance, with a weather forecast for each day so you know what to expect
- "Don't Miss" — curated featured events hand-picked by our team, highlighted with a gold star
- Filter by type — Shopping, Food & Drink, Entertainment, Special Guests, or Late Night
- Time blocks — events organized into Morning, Afternoon, and Evening so you can plan your day

During show week, the homepage also shows a "Happening Today" section with today's top events — featured "Don't Miss" events are highlighted at the top, and everything else is grouped by type. It's the quickest way to see what's on without navigating away from the homepage.
On the mobile app, the Happening Today section appears automatically on the home screen whenever a show is active — no extra taps needed.
Trip Planner
Build a day-by-day itinerary so you never miss a must-see stop:
- Create a trip — set your travel dates and give your trip a name
- Add stops to each day — tap "Add a Stop" on any day to open the add panel. You can browse three tabs:
- Favorites — quickly add vendors and venues you've already saved
- Recent — see vendors and venues you've recently viewed
- Search — search by name to find any vendor or venue in the directory
- Venue schedule warnings — when you add a venue, the app checks whether it's open that day based on its published schedule. If a venue may be closed on the day you're adding it to, you'll see a "May be closed this day" warning so you can plan accordingly. You can still add it if you choose.
- Organize My Stops — tap the route button at the top of any day with 2+ stops and we'll automatically reorder them to minimize driving time between locations. A summary shows the total route distance. You can always undo to restore your original order.
- Per-day notes — add notes to any day in your trip (e.g., "Meet Sarah at the gate at 10am" or "Bring measurements for dining table"). Tap the pencil icon or "Add a note" to jot down reminders for that day.
- Events on each day — each day card shows events happening that day so you can see "Wine Tasting at The Arbors at 2pm" right alongside the venues you've planned to visit. Tap the event count badge to expand and see all events.
- Minimize your trip — when you're done editing, tap the close button in the header to collapse your trip into a compact summary card showing your trip name, dates, and total stop count. Tap "Open Trip" anytime to expand back to the full view.
- Packing checklist — switch to the checklist tab to track what you need to bring. Check items off as you pack.
💡 Pro Tip: Add all the vendors and venues you want to visit to a day, then hit "Organize My Stops" to get the most efficient driving route. It works especially well when you're visiting venues spread across the Route 237 corridor.
Spree
Plan your Round Top trip with friends and family — Spree lets everyone contribute to one shared plan:
- Create a Crew — give it a name and set your trip dates. You become the crew owner.

💡 Pro Tip: Create your Spree a few weeks before the show. Share the invite code in your group chat so everyone can start adding their must-visit spots. When you're all together during show week, use "Organize My Stops" to optimize your route for the day.
Save Your Parking Spot
Large venues can be overwhelming. Use the Save Parking Spot feature on the map to drop a pin where you parked — so you can always find your way back.

- Combined rating — the star rating shown on each profile is a weighted average of both Google and Round Top Finder reviews, giving you a comprehensive picture
